Terms of Service — Six French
1. Seller and contact details
The Six French online store at sixfrench.com is operated by ISPL, Polish tax identification number (NIP): 8951723506. Contact and return address: Panieńska 9/12, 03-704 Warszawa, Poland. Email: info@sixfrench.com.
2. Using the store
To use the store, you need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser and an email address to receive order information. Customers must provide accurate and current details needed to fulfil their orders. Unlawful content and activities that compromise store security or infringe others' rights are prohibited.
3. Products and orders
The store offers clothing printed after an order is placed and fulfilled through Printify. Product characteristics, available sizes, colours and personalisation options are described on the relevant product page. Please check the size chart and selected options before ordering.
Customers select a product and variant, provide fulfilment details and select available delivery and payment options. Before submitting an order, customers can review and correct their details and check the total cost. Submitting an order that requires payment creates an obligation to pay. Order information is sent to the supplied email address. Changes to store descriptions or prices do not change the terms of contracts already concluded.
4. Prices, payment and delivery
Prices for consumers in Poland are gross prices, including applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is placed. Available payment and delivery methods are displayed during checkout.
Fulfilment may include both production time and transport time. The fulfilment and delivery timeframe should be provided before the contract is concluded. Our Shipping Policy gives further information. Using a print provider or carrier does not limit the seller's statutory responsibility to consumers.
5. Withdrawal and ordinary returns
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product, or, where products from one order are delivered separately, of receiving the last product. Withdrawal statements can be sent to info@sixfrench.com. Customers may also withdraw before delivery.
Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal to: Six French, Panieńska 9/12, 03-704 Warszawa, Poland, not to Printify or the print provider. Customers may inspect a product as they would in a physical store. They are responsible for any reduction in its value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Our Returns and Refunds Policy gives further details on returning products and refunds, without limiting statutory customer rights.
6. Products with customer-supplied text
Where a product is made with individual text supplied by the customer and qualifies as goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, it is subject to the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal without giving a reason. The customer should be informed of this exception before placing the order.
This exception does not apply to products featuring the store's ready-made designs where the customer only selects a standard size or colour. Printing a product only after purchase does not in itself remove the right of withdrawal. This exception does not limit the right to complain about defects or a product's lack of conformity with the contract.
Customers should check their submitted text before ordering and have the right to use it. Customers must not request prints that infringe others' rights or violate the law.
7. Complaints
Complaints about products or store services may be submitted to info@sixfrench.com or in writing to the seller's address. Please describe the problem and provide details identifying your order. Photographs can help us assess product defects.
The seller is responsible to consumers for a product's lack of conformity with the contract under applicable law. Manufacturing defects and damage may be reported by the seller to Printify. The conditions and timeframes Printify applies to the seller do not limit statutory customer rights. We respond to consumer complaints within the applicable statutory deadline.
8. Shopify and personal information
The store uses Shopify to provide its technical infrastructure. Sales contracts are concluded with the seller operating the store, not Shopify. The seller is responsible for fulfilment, returns and complaints in accordance with the law. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed.
9. Final provisions
These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights under mandatory applicable law. Changes to these terms do not affect rights arising from contracts previously concluded. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law.
